Job Description:We are looking for a Quality Analyst Intern to monitor and evaluate student verification calls. The intern will ensure adherence to verification scripts, assess call quality, and provide feedback to improve accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:Monitor and review student verification calls to ensure accuracy and compliance with company guidelines. Assess call recordings based on predefined quality parameters such as communication, data accuracy, and adherence to the verification process. Provide constructive feedback to the calling team for improvement. Document errors, inconsistencies, and areas of improvement in call audits. Collaborate with the operations team to enhance call quality and efficiency. Maintain reports and share insights on quality trends and training needs. Required Skills & Qualifications:Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Good listening and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.
